Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens & sometimes gets in the way of our original plans! If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without 24 hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service amount.
OUR time is valuable!! If you find that you will be late to your appointment, please give notice ASAP! I will allow a 10 minute grace period. Anything after that 10 minute grace period may result in a rescheduled appointment & a late cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
